Abstract: Digital transformation changes the way organizations manage management information, becoming a key factor for strategic decision-making. This positively impacts agile and accurate responses to the constantly changing business environment. In this sense, the objective of this study is to understand the contribution of digital transformation to management information management to optimize business decision-making, identify appropriate digital technologies to improve the quality of the organization's management information, establish an organizational culture open to change for operational efficiency in the company's internal processes, and recommend effective technological solutions for the digital transformation of management information management. A structured methodology with a quantitative approach is used to identify the causes of a phenomenon, aimed at departmental officials in the Human Talent area. The results show that digital transformation is effectively valued, especially the use of ERP, CRM, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud Computing systems. The integrity and benefits they bring to processes are considerable, as they automate more progressive and efficient management, making them more competitive in globalizing digital tools to improve the effectiveness and proper use of technologies. Furthermore, the ERP tool is the most highly regarded by administrators, ensuring operational efficiency in processes.
