Abstract

The objective of this case study is to implement flowcharts to improve information management in documentary processes at Gráficas Guevara Company in Manta in 2023. This study used descriptive research with a qualitative approach, applying techniques such as observation guides, surveys, and interviews to collect relevant information. These methods allowed identifying the relationship between variables and understanding the company's reality. The study seeks to efficiently manage documentation and standardize activities to reduce costs and time. The results revealed the need to implement a flowchart that standardizes and automates activities, reducing costs and errors, and increasing efficiency and productivity of collaborators. As such, it was evident that implementing flowcharts is crucial to improve information management and documentary processes in the company, which would contribute to achieving objectives and improving efficiency.
