Abstract: Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have become fundamental pillars in the digital era, fostering significant transformations in an organizational context. These tools manage information, leading to improvements in processes, informational activities, and decision-making. The research, titled “Information and Communication Technologies to improve informational management in the Human Talent Department of Productos Pesqueros S.A., 2024 (Case Study)”, addresses how ICTs have a timely impact on informational management within the business environment. The study aims to analyze the use of information and communication technologies in improving information management in the Human Talent Department. Within the sample, the key informants were the General Manager, the Head of Human Talent, and the internal technician. Their involvement strengthened the foundation of the study by generating relevant data and information that supported the analysis of various behaviors and points of view regarding the two variables. The results show that there is still limited innovation in technological resources, and a lack of understanding of essential terms and informational skills is evident. In conclusion, the lack of technological innovation is the primary inconsistency. Moreover, no clear distinctions are established regarding significant words within the variables, which limits comprehension and clear responses. Added to this is the limited knowledge of informational skills, which results in a weak command of their activities.
