Abstract: | The study focuses on analyzing how information management and the implementation of management systems impact institutional performance in the area of Human Talent. The research arises in the face of problems such as the disorder in the organization of information, lack of strategic alignment, absence of adequate technological resources, little collaboration between departments and insufficiently trained personnel. The main objective is to analyze the current difficulties that arise in the processes of updating, managing and validating information to mention some improvements. This study, the importance lies in the fact that entities need to have effective resources that not only facilitate the definition of a technological tool, but also in its implementation. It also highlights the relevance of having modern management systems and that they are properly integrated to simplify document management and strategic planning, thus achieving superior performance. This analysis also uses current theories and models of information management and organizational development to support the solution proposal, underlining the importance of constant training, technology implementation and more efficient internal coordination. In short, the research seeks to establish a precise diagnosis that allows the implementation of action plans aimed at improving the management of information and the effectiveness of the management system, thus contributing to institutional strengthening and the achievement of strategic objectives in the Human Talent Department. |
Description: | El estudio se centra en analizar cómo la gestión de la información y la implementación de sistemas gerenciales impactan el rendimiento institucional en el área de Talento Humano. La investigación surge ante problemáticas como el desorden en la clasificación de los archivos, escasez de una planificación estratégica, ausencia de soportes tecnológicos, poca colaboración entre departamentos y un personal insuficientemente capacitado. El objetivo principal es analizar las dificultades actuales que se presenta en los procesos de actualizar, gestionar y validar la información para mencionar algunas mejoras. |
