Abstract: This business plan aims to establish a Japanese dessert bakery in Manta, specializing in artisanal mochi and dorayaki using high-quality ingredients, combining local and Japanese flavors. The goal is to serve a group of people who value unique gastronomic experiences in a market that is not yet saturated, and who are looking for healthy, aesthetically pleasing options with personalized packaging. Chapter I establishes the mission of providing high-quality artisanal Japanese desserts in Manta, aspiring to become a local benchmark. Specific objectives are formulated to achieve a strong brand position, attract a young clientele, and ensure sustainable growth. A business model is also developed, including a functional organizational chart and strategic partnerships, supported by a SWOT analysis that validates the project's feasibility. Chapter II discusses the market and defines the target consumer profile. It also includes a competitor analysis, pricing policies, and the tactics necessary to increase profitability. It is also important to describe how to persuade the client to make a purchase decision. Chapter III explains the aspects of each of the activities and the procedures required for project execution.
Description: Este plan de negocio tiene como objetivo establecer una repostería de postres japoneses en Manta, especializada en mochis y dorayakis preparados de manera artesanal y utilizando ingredientes de alta calidad, combinando sabores locales y japoneses. Se pretende atender a un grupo de personas que valoran experiencias gastronómicas únicas, en un mercado que todavía no está colmado, y que busca opciones saludables, estéticamente agradables y con envases personalizados.
