Description: THROUGH THE RESEARCH WORK RELATED TO THE INCIDENCE OF DIALOGUE AS A METHODOLOGICAL STRATEGY IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ABILITY TO SPEAK AS EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT IN THE LEARNING OF STUDENTS AT THE BASIC LEVEL SERVING A GREAT BENEFIT FOR THOSE INVOLVED. THE LANGUAGE OF ENGLISH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST LANGUAGES WORLDWIDE.
