| Abstract: | The present article documents the communicational turn these institutions took observing their joint efforts through a local network. It presents a comparative analysis from the years 2019 before the pandemic and 2020 during the crisis. It quantifies the disseminated narratives and presents qualitatively the producers’ point of view. The results demonstrate how, despite the limitations of isolation and subsequent distancing. |
| Description: | El presente artículo documenta el giro comunicacional que dieron estas instituciones, observando sus acciones conjuntas a través de una red local. Presenta un análisis comparativo de los años 2019 (antes de la pandemia) y 2020 (durante la crisis). Cuantifica las narrativas difundidas y presenta, cualitativamente, el punto de vista de sus productores. Los resultados evidencian cómo, ante las limitantes por aislamiento y posterior distanciamiento. |
