Incidencia del consumo de cerveza artesanal y los efectos en la salud de los habitantes de la ciudad de Manta.

Abstract

The present investigation covered one of the social problems that the city of Manta has, in the excessive consumption of alcohol and its main objective was to analyze the incidences of the consumption of craft beer and the effects on the health of the inhabitants of the fishing port. Multiple bibliographic sources were reviewed such as: Database, electronic titles, electronic journals, etc. The quantitative method was used to obtain the total result of the sample according to the main characteristics of the beer effect, a questionnaire was used for surveys based on four axes: consumer characteristics, consumption habits, health care and family consequences. Regarding the results, a sample of 150 people from the city of Manta was taken, the survey technique was implemented where it was possible to know that 53% of people get sick with cirrhosis of the liver from consuming alcohol, and a 80% are aware that drinking beer causes illness and 53% rarely have family problems due to alcohol consumption. As a conclusion, it is expected to publicize, expose this study to professionals on the subject and to arouse an interest that allows to propose strategies that help to balance beer consumption and to be aware that excessive consumption of this causes diseases and family problems.
