| Abstract: | Based on the objectives, contextualization, the potential of craft beer and tourism are sought, as well as identifying the Gastropubs in the urban area of Manta to know their incidence and contribution to tourism development. The purpose of this work focuses on knowing the potential of craft beer, from the context of those who consume the drink and factories, mainly motivations and barriers that affect their decision to participate in tourism activities related to craft beer. |
| Description: | En base a los objetivos se busca la contextualización, el potencial de la cerveza artesanal y el turismo, además identificar los Gastropubs en la zona urbana de Manta para conocer su incidencia y aporte al desarrollo turístico. La finalidad de este trabajo se enfoca en conocer el potencial de la cerveza artesanal, desde el contexto de quienes consumen la bebida y fábricas., principalmente motivaciones y barreras que inciden en su decisión para participar en actividades turísticas relacionadas a la cerveza artesanal. |
