Abstract

The present investigation corresponds to the respective analysis of the elaboration of craft beer and its influence in Manta, for which an information survey was carried out and thus to know the causes of the subject in question. Therefore, its methodological structure used is of a non-experimental type, with an exploratory scope, the methods used are analytical and synthetic, likewise it was necessary to apply techniques such as the survey and interview. In accordance with the information collected, it is concluded that the little information and knowledge about passion fruit craft beer in the surveys carried out, we were able to corroborate that perhaps 20% of 100% have tried a passion fruit craft beer in their lives.
