Abstract

Properly implemented quality management systems prove to be great allies in organizations and added the current requirements each time most demanding of consumers in the food sector, has the consequence that Ecuadorian companies are adopting international system models, which allow them allow you to achieve effectiveness in your organizational management, since it is no longer enough compliance with Ecuadorian regulations that allows them to offer quality products, open markets and be competitive. The main objective of this project is to: Propose an improvement plan to meet the requirements of ISO 22000:2018 in the production processes of EUROFISH S.A. To achieve this, it is necessary to perform an initial assessment based on the requirements of ISO 22000:2018, generate the necessary documentation and design and implement the system. During the development of the project, it was identified that although the level of satisfaction of the company's customers is good, there are important aspects that are susceptible to improvement.
