Implementación del taller / laboratorio de la cocina manabita. Mejoramiento y adquisición de utensilios de cocina.

Abstract

The thesis focuses on improving the management and use of the Ecuadorian gastronomy laboratory workshop, specifically in relation to the various cookware and utensils. These utensils include two pots of different diameters, two frying pans, two spoons, three tongs, three steel whisks, two colanders and cake molds of various sizes. The main objective of the project is based on the optimization of the daily operation of the workshop, ensuring that the utensils are always available, in good condition and correctly organized. This will not only facilitate the teaching and learning process for students but will also improve the efficiency and effectiveness in the preparation of typical Ecuadorian dishes during practical classes. This project seeks to ensure that the laboratory workshop can operate efficiently and effectively, providing students of the Uleam Extension Sucre with the optimal conditions to develop their culinary skills in the context of Ecuadorian gastronomy.
