Abstract

The Dantex Warehouse is an-establishment that is dedicated to providing the sales service of high-quality personalized t-shirts to people from the local and national environment. With the objective of being recognized in different provinces of Ecuador, thanks to its high level of provision by the authorities that recognize that it is one of the best establishments and due to its geographical location in which it is located. Because it is a business with good prestige in the province of Santo Domingo, it does not benefit from technology and since it does not have a computer system, its processes related to the advertising of its merchandise and a low organization of the administrative part, has caused that its sales are affected. For this reason, it seeks to improve the quality of the provision of its services when requesting a personalized shirt. To carry out each of these actions and verify their compliance, the Analytical - Synthetic and Hypothetical - Deductive methods were applied. For the implementation of these research techniques, the owner, employees and customers who were interviewed to obtain the necessary information for the investigation were taken as the population. The Scrum methodology is in charge of managing the development of the multiplatform system, applying a set of good practices to work collaboratively. For this reason, this research work proposes the development of a multiplatform system for the sale and request of personalized shirts for the Dantex warehouse in the province of Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, which allows the processes that are carried out to be systematized to streamline the request for custom shir.
