Abstract

Internal communication in companies is essential for organizational success, but it is often hampered by a variety of factors, such as the lack of a clear and effective protocol for the delivery of information. In this thesis, the importance of protocols is examined and the main objective is to establish the conceptual guidelines of protocols that guarantee the flow of information to ensure internal communication in Compañía Farmacéutica Vera S.A. The context of the problem is situated in a dynamic and highly competitive business environment. The methodology used to address this problem includes an exhaustive review of the specialized literature on internal communication and business protocols, as well as the mixed analysis of data collected through techniques such as interviews and surveys. The main results obtained reveal the importance of establishing clear and effective protocols that regulate the delivery of information. In conclusion, this thesis highlights the relevance of protocols in the delivery of information to ensure efficient and secure internal communication at COFARVE S.A. The implementation of an adequate protocol can contribute to improve productivity, reduce errors and strengthen collaboration and internal communication among the members of the organization. These findings can serve as a guide for companies that want to improve their internal communication and optimize their operational processes.
