dc.description	Las resinas compuestas bulk fill, o de relleno masivo, son un material de reciente aparición en el mercado y surgieron para reducir el tiempo de trabajo clínico de las restauraciones directas de resinas y reducir la contracción de la polimerización. El objetivo fue describir el uso de las resinas bulk fill como material innovador. Se realizó una revisión sistemática en la que se incluyeron 20 artículos, principalmente ensayos clínicos con siete y metaanálisis con cinco. Las resinas bulk fill están indicadas para restauraciones en el sector posterior, preferiblemente molares y, sobre todo, para restauraciones clase II. Su principal ventaja es la reducción del tiempo de trabajo clínico respecto a las resinas convencionales. La efectividad de las resinas bulk fill en comparación con las resinas convencionales es muy similar, la mayoría de los estudios así lo considera porque tras un seguimiento variable no se han encontrado diferencias estadísticas. Sin embargo, esos mismos estudios, afirman que la principal ventaja de las resinas bulk fill es la reducción del tiempo operatorio.	es
dc.description.abstract	Bulk fill composite resins are a material that has recently appeared on the market and emerged to reduce the clinical work time of direct resin restorations and reduce polymerization shrinkage. The objective was to describe the use of bulk fill resins as an innovative material. A systematic review was carried out in which 20 articles were included, mainly clinical trials with seven and meta-analysis with five. Bulk fill resins are indicated for restorations in the posterior sector, preferably molars and, above all, for class II restorations. Its main advantage is the reduction of clinical work time compared to conventional resins. The effectiveness of bulk fill resins compared to conventional resins is very similar; most studies consider this because after variable follow-up no statistical differences have been found. However, these same studies state that the main advantage of bulk fill resins is the reduction in operating time.	es
