Análisis financiero y su incidencia en la toma de decisiones de la empresa Tecnicentro del Taxi, del periodo 2021.

Abstract

The development of this research project was based on financial analysis and its incidence in the decision-making of the company Tecnicentro del Taxi, from the period 2021, the same in which for its development it was necessary to use the application of methodologies such as the deductive method, the analytical method and the descriptive method, it was also based on documentary and field research using data collection techniques such as interviews, the latter were focused on verifying if the company applied financial indicators or what tools they used to analyze their situation financial. The results obtained in this research project showed that the company does not use financial indicators to support the development of decision-making, but they do it empirically, leading to the failure to achieve the expected results at the end of each fiscal period. . That is why in order to solve the aforementioned problem, it will be necessary to propose the creation of a Financial Analysis Model for decision making in the company "Tecncentro del Taxi" that is based on the use of financial tools such as financial indicators.
