Abstract

This report on Systematization of Practical Experiences in the Inventory control is based on the activities carried out in the Audit and Management department of the Marzam Corporation. MARZAM CIA. LTDA, is a company that is dedicated to the distribution of fuel, through ships: Amazon River, Farallón, Andes IV, Andes V and Andes VI. During the pre-professional internship process, several flaws that altered the information in the inventory account, the problem main lies in the poor management of inventories, this problem would have its origin due to the lack of procedures to make the income and expenditure of spare parts by the personnel in charge. To make inventory control, registration and management efficient, it is proposed a Process Manual, with the purpose of optimizing economic resources, chronological and human. The processes will be applied from the maintenance planning of the ships to the spare consumption seat.
