Diseño de un Sistema de Control Interno para el manejo eficiente de Inventario de la empresa Pintacasa de la Ciudad de Manta.

Abstract

Inventories constitute a very important topic within every company so it is necessary to design an internal control system in the inventory area. With this design we will achieve better efficiency and effectiveness of human talent in product rotation and marketing of painting materials from the Pinta Casa company; since it is intended seek effective methods for its management and allow presenting a status real financial which serves as support to administrators for making decisions decisions and increase the company's liquidity. The controls sought to be established in companies are to increase the security of both activities and information, The present work establishes a system for internal inventory control applied to the product marketing company paints and hardware, the same one that will be a tool to manage accurate and real information. The company does not have adequate control of its inventory which generates many inconveniences at the stock level, causing losses in sales that often result in customer dissatisfaction customers, which leads them to look for competition, for all this It is important to implement this design for improvement and control of the company. The research was framed in inductive, deductive, analytical and synthetic, with a descriptive level of research. The same way Direct observation techniques, interviews and surveys were used to helped make this research a success.
