dc.description.abstract | The new technologies refer to the new media that in recent years have facilitated the sending and receiving of information. With regard to communication, these have enabled the existence of digital newspapers, online sales, Internet advertising, the issuance of music and videos without the need for radio devices or sound equipment, as well as instant communication between people from several countries with a much lower economic cost than the one that conventional telephone services imply. Digital marketing has also revolutionized the tourism sector because having a correct positioning on the internet is the basis of the success or failure of your digital strategies, since new ways of reaching the tourist appear giving satisfaction to their needs in order to adapt to the new communication channels on the internet. This report shows as an objective the design of digital marketing strategies that will contribute to the tourism development of the Manta canton. Through the theoretical precepts, each of the research definitions such as the tourism system and its components, digital marketing and its tools, etc; It also contains a detailed methodology that allowed gathering the necessary information during the entire research process where instruments such as surveys, interviews, files, matrices, indicators and analysis, techniques such as literature review, scientific observation, etc. were used. The results obtained responded to the hypothesis, which will be a reference for future research or studies at the end. | es |
