Abstract

Currently, intellectual capital plays an important function within our society, because it is manifested through knowledge and skills that the people, since it allows the generation of new ideas and solutions to the various problems that may arise within the organizational context. The term has relationship with information planning involving the development of actions to achieve established objectives, and is also linked to the organization of information referring to the processes and people that effectively execute the plans. The topic of the case study to be discussed is “The Impact of Intellectual Capital on the Planning and Organization of Information in the General Secretariat of the ULEAM, Manta 2023”, which is intended to publicize the importance of these themes within organizations, and in turn provide information with which they can face various situations if they are not handled well. On the other hand, the objective of this research is based on analyzing the impact of intellectual capital to improve the planning and organization of information in the General Secretariat, which generates as a result a positive impact of intellectual capital in the collaborators who work in management, allowing the acquisition of knowledge and in turn the execution of their activities in an efficient manner.
