dc.description.abstract | The following research project was carried out with the purpose of determining the relationship between the organizational climate and work stress of the GAD Jaramijó 2023 staff. Currently, the problem of certain institutions, both public and private, lies in the generation of an organizational climate unpleasant, which affects productivity and performance at both the individual and organizational levels. Therefore, this research project was based on its variables, it is non - experimental and cross-sectional in nature, with a descriptive and also correlational scope. To analyze the statistical data, a questionnaire of 47 questions was carried out with five response options on a scale of Likert, this survey was applied to 90 workers to obtain the necessary information directly, and the analysis of this data was carried out to determine the degree of correlation between the study variables and dimensions. As main results, we obtained that there is influence between the study variables and likewise the dimensions of the research have a certain degree of relationship that directly influences productivity, performance, efficiency and results at the organizational level. In conclusion, it can be said that the organizational climate is an influential factor within this public institution, since the success or stagnation of its internal processes depends on this, as well as its efficiency in general, therefore, thank you By analyzing research data, strategies will be presented that will improve the conditions of the institution. | es |
