dc.description.abstract | The present research “Motivation and its influence on the work performance of the company DAN “QUIMICA C.A” in the city of Montecristi” aimed to determine how motivation influences the performance of workers in the study company. It was analyzed using statistical data that allowed the research to be carried out using quantitative and qualitative methodology, with a non-experimental design and a descriptive scope. To obtain data, the survey technique and the instrument corresponding to the 20-question questionnaire based on the Likert scale that was applied to the 20 workers were used. Among the results, it was confirmed that there is an evaluation that was obtained thanks to the SPPS data analysis system regarding the influence of motivation on the work performance that is generated in the company, it is also established that there are a part of the workers who differ with positive responses regarding the satisfactory level and another part regularly demonstrated this level in terms of the perception of those various factors that drive better performance based on motivation. Finally, a proposal for a comprehensive program was developed to optimize worker motivation. In conclusion, the implementation of the established strategies allowed the company DAN QUIMICA C.A to know its current situation and therefore improve human resources management, company administration, increasing its competitiveness. Likewise, it was recommended that compliance with the established proposal and action plan should be taken into account so that there is a comprehensive change and improvement in work motivation and performance. | es |
