dc.description.abstractIn this thesis project, we present the creation of "Guiempas Ronny," a microenterprise in Manta, Ecuador, dedicated to the production and commercialization of coated bananas. This venture arises from the business opportunity identified in the growing interest in innovative and quality food products within the Mantense community. An exhaustive market study revealed the preferences of local consumers, allowing Guiempas Ronny to effectively tailor its offerings to meet these demands. Guiempas Ronny aims not only to offer a delicious and differentiated product but also to contribute to the economic and social development of Manta. The microenterprise is expected to generate local employment, promoting labor inclusion and providing stable income to its employees. Furthermore, the company plans to collaborate with local farmers for the supply of raw materials, thereby strengthening the region's agricultural economy. The impact of the venture on the Mantense community is also reflected in the promotion of healthy consumption habits and the appreciation of traditional products with an innovative twist. Guiempas Ronny positions itself as a benchmark for quality and sustainability, with responsible business practices that include the use of eco-friendly packaging and the minimization of waste in the production process. In terms of contribution to society, Guiempas Ronny aims not only to satisfy the gastronomic needs of its customers but also to educate on the importance of a balanced diet and support community initiatives through social responsibility programs.es
