Abstract

The present investigation was developed from the identification of the problem that arises in the Hygiene Department of the GAD of Manta, around the working conditions and their influence on the job satisfaction of the staff that makes up this public institution. The objective of this research is to "Analyze the working conditions in the Hygiene Department of the GAD of Manta and their influence on the staff's job satisfaction", which was carried out through a research methodology using descriptive methods. and non-experimental for the corresponding analysis, subsequently, the obtaining and collection of data through the implementation of surveys to the workers of this department, obtaining reliable data on the working conditions provided to the workers and their influence on satisfaction. Of these, this information contributed to the completion of this study. Therefore, it is expected to achieve and fulfill the objective of said research, to provide a solution to the main observed problem of the research topic and corroborate whether the proposed hypotheses are true.
