dc.description.abstractThe present research develops the theme The organizational climate and its influence on the work performance of the workers of the sales department of the pharmaceutical company Vera S.A., Manta branch, its general objective is to determine if the organizational climate influences the performance of the workers of COFARVE, for this purpose, designs quantitative research with correlational scope. Likewise, the SPSS STATISTICS program is used as a hypothesis testing tool, where, using SPEARMAN's method, it is determined that the correlation proposed in the general alternative hypothesis of the research is accepted because the correlation coefficient between the variables is 0.744 and the level The significance level is even less than 0.01, so the relationship is demonstrable. The one proposed by the authors (Chiang Vega, Salazar Botello, Huerta Rivera, & Núñez Partido, 2008) was used as a theoretical basis and data collection instrument to measure the independent variable X_Organizational Climate and the model of (Dessler, 2009) to measure the dependent variable Y_Job performance. This research determined that it was necessary to propose a strengthening of the factors that define the organizational climate in order to increase or improve the performance of workers, for which an action plan was designed and strategies, actions, responsible parties were defined. and deadlines, as well as final recommendations.es
