dc.description.abstract | The following research work was carried out to determine the influence between interpersonal relationships and the organizational behavior of workers at the CNEL - Manta Company. Currently, problems in companies begin with the poor generation of interpersonal relationships, therefore, their work environment is not very pleasant. This research project was based on its variables and is of a non-experimental, transactional or transversal nature with a descriptive and correlational scope, which, through different scientific articles related to the study variables, a questionnaire of 20 questions with five response options on a Likert scale was developed. This was applied to 50 workers to obtain direct information from those involved. After this, the respective data analysis was carried out to determine if there is a correlation between these variables. The result was that there is an influence between the variables (interpersonal relationships, organizational behavior), and in the same way, there is a positive correlation between their dimensions. However, certain key aspects must be improved to achieve better efficiency in their internal processes. In this way, it is concluded that, on the one hand, interpersonal relationships are a fundamental key to the company and, on the other hand, that organizational behavior is linked to interpersonal relationships and its success or failure depends on them, therefore, improvement actions will be proposed to optimize correct effective administration and achieve high performance as an organization. | es |
