dc.description.abstract | This research work is focused on determining the organizational climate of the General Eloy Alfaro Private Educational Unit, whose facilities are located on the Manta-Montecristi Road, between C.2 C.74 Street belonging to the jurisdiction of Montecristi Manabí. The fundamental objective of the research is to seek a solution to the problem by determining its possible causes and consequences that have been observed within the institution, related to inconveniences of attitude, of coupling to the demands of the internal rules and regulations established for a better coexistence among peers, which has been affecting the normal development of academic activities within the teaching-learning processes of its students; and even more so in the daily work relationships and at all levels, both managers, teachers, administrators and services of the institution. Different experiences of renowned researchers related with the problems exposed, they are exposed in a theoretical framework, where we can highlight criteria that allow us to focus on looking for possible solutions to the problem posed. A problem has been determined which investigates the reason for the situations that occur within the organizational climate, through a survey carried out to the entire population of the Institution, the same that after tabulating results we can say that the approach of the hypotheses has fulfilled. The proposal to seek coherent and reasonable solutions without affecting the normal development of the academic and administrative activities of the Institution is raised in the last chapter of this research work. | es |
