dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research entitled “Influence of the Organizational Climate on the work performance of the employees of the Mr. Bolón restaurant” was to analyze how the Organizational Climate influences the performance of the workers; The Organizational Climate is an important factor in all companies, according to the fact that a good climate develops attitudes and skills of all the people who work in an institution. Through theoretical bases that have been developed from 1960 to the present, many investigations were observed based on these studied variables; The existence of problems observed in the Mr. Bolón restaurant such as motivation, teamwork, communication, make this research important to recognize factors that can be improved in said institution, through national and international background, this research is developed that , to reach its objective, developed a descriptive-non-experimental methodology, with a quantitative design, based on a 20-question questionnaire for the eleven collaborators who converge in this physical space during work days. The results obtained in the instrument used gave the answer that the Organizational Climate does influence work performance; In this specific case, it was observed that there are specific factors that influence more than others, which is why a proposal was made with strategies to strengthen the organizational climate of the Mr. Bolón restaurant in the city of Manta. Concluding that, the Organizational Climate influences the performance of collaborators through the physical environment, social environment and organizational behavior, highlighting indicators such as Motivation, Reward, Conflict Management, internal communication in the intervention and improvement of the Organizational Climate.es
