Abstract

Feasibility Study for the Creation of an Integrated Beauty Center Located in the City of Manta primarily aims to assess the viability of establishing an integrated beauty center in the city of Manta, Ecuador. This project emerges in response to the growing demand for aesthetic and personal care services in the region, a sector that has shown consistent growth in recent years. The study begins with a comprehensive analysis of the macroeconomic and microeconomic environment, using data from the National Institute of Statistics and Censuses (INEC) to identify demographic and economic trends that influence the demand for beauty services. Surveys and market studies are conducted to determine local consumer preferences and the characteristics of the target market. The financial study, a cornerstone of the thesis, provides a detailed analysis of investment costs, revenue and operating expense projections, and a long-term profitability assessment. Key indicators such as the Net Present Value (NPV) and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) are used to determine the economic viability of the project. The results indicate that the project is not only viable but also profitable, with a high potential for success in the local market. Finally, the thesis concludes with recommendations for the implementation of the project, suggesting the formation of strategic alliances and emphasizing the importance of continuous operational control to ensure business sustainability.
