El clima organizacional y su influencia en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Empresa Municipal de Aseo Integral E-P del cantón Montecristi.

Abstract

Currently, the organizational climate is governed as one of the most crucial and challenging pillars within organizations, exerting a significant impact on the performance of workers and, therefore, influencing their well-being both personally and professionally. The central purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the organizational climate on the work performance of workers belonging to the Municipal Comprehensive Cleaning Company E-P of the Montecristi canton. To carry out this research, a quantitative methodology with a correlational scope was adopted, using a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The collection of information was carried out through the survey technique, with a questionnaire of 27 questions distributed in 9 dimensions. Likewise, the Likert scale instrument was implemented, with values ranging from 1 to 5. This instrument was administered to a sample of 55 workers of the organization, with the purpose of obtaining perceptions and relevant data on the relationship between the organizational climate and work performance in this specific context. The results reveal a Pearson correlation coefficient with an average positive value of 0.348 between the two variables, indicating that the organizational climate has an influence on work performance within the Municipal Comprehensive Cleaning Company E-P of the Montecristi canton.
