dc.description.abstract | Manta is a coastal city that has seen a variety of baking ventures, cake shops and small family businesses proliferate, offering alternatives such as cakes, cookies, ice cream and snacks, which are made with high levels of ingredients that are harmful to health, such as refined sugars and saturated fats, which over time cause harmful diseases. Therefore, the main objective of this entrepreneurship work was to design a business plan for the creation of a healthy bakery, focused on the production of organic products for marketing in the local market of Manta. A research study was carried out that combines qualitative and quantitative research techniques, which was based on some theoretical ideas, so it has some bibliographical references as references, with various types of research, such as; descriptive, correlation, exploratory and a field research, which led to the development of a questionnaire directed to 384 people, who were part of the population of Manta. A marketing strategy designed to promote healthy dessert products through social media trends was also proposed. This study revealed that 74% of respondents agree that in the city of Manta there is a bakery focused on people who cannot consume added sugars and fats. This project has an investment cost of $28,707 dollars, which has established the monthly sales level of 1965 desserts, weighing an average price of $3.57, in the feasibility study with a return rate of 2.37. | es |
