dc.description.abstract | The present research project is focused on determining the risks and complications of sedentary lifestyle in times of isolation due to Covid19 from a nursing perspective. The general objective was to determine the risks and complications of sedentary lifestyle in times of isolation due to COVID-19 from a nursing perspective. The research methodology was transversal, which gives way to a theoretical and systematic review where the opportunity is provided to ensure that each of the documents, articles, reports, theses and documentaries were chosen in an appropriate manner, and that they were analyzed in an objective, precise and clear manner, which serves as a support to strengthen the bibliographic part of the research carried out. In the results, different scientific articles were analyzed and selected, among which the “Others” category is the most used source, representing 39.71%, followed by Scielo with 33.82%, Dialnet with 10.29%, Redalyc contributes with 10.29%, while Repositories contributes with 5.88%. Finally, Science Direct and Medigraphic share 1.47%. On the other hand, the documentary sample shows that Scielo is the most used source, representing 41.51% of the total. The “Others” category is with 30.19%. Dialnet with 13.21%, Repositories represents 7.55% of the total, showing a moderate participation. Redalyc has a participation of 5.66%, and finally Science Direct with 1.89% participation. In conclusion, the selection of documentary information sources that support sedentary lifestyle in times of isolation due to COVID-19 from a nursing perspective was carried out, being essential the collection of updated bibliographic studies, which mention the current situation and nursing actions to implement strategies that allow combating sedentary lifestyle. | es |
