Análisis de factibilidad de la gestión de ventas online en la ciudad de Manta.

Abstract

In the present investigation, it focused on Analyzing the feasibility of Online Sales management in the City of Manta, being one of the most applied strategic tools in the skills market, called E-Commerce. In the present investigation, a deductive-descriptive nature was carried out, allowing information to be obtained about the study problem in a general and descriptive way because it will facilitate more detailed and specific information, thus capturing their perceptions about the information received. The commercial sectors have to adapt to the changes in the way consumers consume and to the advances in technology in order to be more competitive, have improvements in services and thus satisfy the consumer. Electronic business portals are not as widely used by Ecuadorian commercial businesses, however little by little they will be applied since the use of the internet is growing and in the future the company that is not on the internet will be positioned behind of each of those that are.
