Nivel de competitividad de las Tiendas de Equipos Tecnológicos de la Ciudad de Manta, 2022.

Abstract

Competitiveness is present in the lives of people in any part of the world, which, by having a rivalry, allows us all to strive and each time we manage to be better at what we set out to do. Companies that are competitive achieve great results and grow in the market. The purpose of this research has reference to the main objective, which is to describe the level of business competitiveness that exists in technological equipment stores in the city of Manta, 2022. The type of research is descriptive with a nonexperimental design. The collection technique data is the survey through its instrument, the questionnaire that is made up of 12 questions that is addressed to 28 technological equipment stores in the city of Manta. Its main results were that there are different factors that affect competitiveness, one of them is informality, where these companies mostly consider that they do affect the growth of the company. According to the results obtained, 3 improvement plans were proposed for the dimensions of conditions demand, product quality and innovation. Its main conclusions were that the technological equipment companies in the city of Manta have a high level of competitiveness because they know how the market is and each one trusts the customer service they provide and their good quality products.
