dc.description.abstractThis research work was carried out in the company THGROUPECUADOR S.A. located in the city of Manta, dedicated to the sale of equipment, provision of installation and maintenance services for hydraulic systems, deck and refrigeration equipment, assembly and installation for the fishing, industrial, commercial and transportation sectors. This study was developed with the objective of diagnosing the organizational climate and its impact on the work performance of the employees of the company THGROUPECUADOR S.A. of the city of Manta, in the period 2020. This research has a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative), of a descriptive type, with a non-experimental design, as information collection techniques the survey, the interview, the observation and the documentary and bibliographic compilation. A Likert-type questionnaire composed of 31 items was applied to the collaborators in the administrative area and the operational area, the interview consisted of 13 open questions, addressed to Ing. Cesar Cañizares, head of the company's financial and administrative area. Results were obtained where it was considered that, in a pandemic of great impact, the company must act more firmly, applying strategies, guidelines, norms and actions to maintain the continuity of work, safeguarding the integrity of collaborators and clients, therefore , the proposal of this research focused on the design of a health and safety protocol for the company.es
