Abstract

The general objective of this research project is to analyze the dimensions of the organizational climate of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Canton Jaramijó, having as a priority to determine the dimensions that make it up, for which raises the following question: What are the dimensions that are most affected in the organizational climate of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Canton Jaramijó?. The The methodology of this research is applied because it seeks to answer concerns and solve a certain problem, with a quantitative approach that allows obtaining data that They are measurable and quantifiable. The sample size is 109 employees in the area. administrative of the different departments of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Jaramijó Canton. The data collection method is the survey that was based on the questionnaire of the Litwin and Stringer model, this collects and describes facts about the organization through the perception of the individual. The general result was that the climate organizational structure of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Jaramijó Canton meets with 74.96%, thus placing itself with a good criterion.
