dc.description.abstract | The processes of recruitment and selection of personnel are the fundamental basis of the organizations since the human talent is the most important asset because the success of the companies will depend on it, in this sense, that the company has a suitable human capital according to the needs and requirements of the position affect the competitiveness and productivity of the company. The objective of the research seeks to diagnose the process of recruitment and selection of personnel that is implemented in the company Eurofish S. A, in the city of Manta during the year 2022, through the descriptive scope and applied the non-experimental and cross-sectional design for data collection, the instrument used was a structured questionnaire consisting of nine questions related to the variable: recruitment and selection of personnel, composed of multiple options established so that relevant information about the research can be obtained. The main results were that the recruitment instrument that is commonly used is the interview, leaving other recruitment techniques necessary to know the skills of the personnel below, the requirements that are considered most relevant to fill the position are the experience and the level of study, to select the appropriate personnel single conventional interview is conducted, as a conclusion it was determined that the lack of organization and to fill a position in a hurry, generates that the expected performance is not met, as well as the objectives established in the planning of the company. | es |
