dc.description.abstract | This degree work consists of four chapters in which the introduction, the theoretical framework, the diagnosis and the proposal were developed. The objective of the research to determine the influence of work motivation on the productivity of workers in the company Eminsalv SA de Manta 2020. For the methodological development a correlational research was carried out with the design of being non-experimental, cross-sectional where the study population it was constituted of the 124 employees of the company Eminsalv SA; To which a questionnaire was applied based on the operationalization of the variables work motivation and productivity with the correlation of the factors of the variety of the task, the autonomy to carry out the task, the identity of tasks, the importance of the tasks, feedback on performance, competencies, teamwork and cohesion, organizational culture, and leadership. As a result of the research, the relationship of work motivation on productivity with a level of rho ratio (0.416) was determined. The relationship of the variety of the task on productivity, the identity of tasks on productivity, the importance of the tasks on productivity and feedback on productivity performance was established. The relationship of autonomy to perform the task on productivity with a ratio level rho (0.095) was rejected. | es |
