Análisis del Clima organizacional de la empresa Súper Accesorios el Colorado de la ciudad de Manta.

Abstract

The present research project entitled "Analysis of the organizational climate of the company Super Accesorios EL COLORADO located in the city of Manta" has as its fundamental objective to analyze the organizational climate of the company mentioned, which presents a disagreement on the part of the employees in relation to the organizational climate in its dimensions, leadership, motivation, communication, decision making and teamwork. Where the descriptive study was used as the type of research, the design of the non-experimental research, in terms of the research approach is quantitative, as a data collection technique the survey was used and it was carried out on the 32 employees who work in it. Obtaining as results that the level of the organizational climate within the company Super Accessories EL COLORADO is low, due to the lack of good leadership, lack of motivation found in the employees, lack of communication, to this is added the lack of decision-making decisions and a bad environment for teamwork creating an unsuitable environment to work. Therefore, as an alternative solution to the problem, the application of strategies is proposed to improve the analysis of the organizational climate of the employees of the company Super Accesorios EL COLORADO located in the city of Manta.
