Abstract

This work is an investment project that aims to implement a high quality beauty and esthetics salon in the area of Barbasquillo, in the city of Manta. This project responds to a growing demand for personalized and technologically advanced services in a market with high growth potential. The proposal is based on offering a unique experience to its customers, combining an exclusive environment, professional attention, premium products and state-of-the-art technology. From an operational perspective, the salon has been designed to serve an average of 9,360 customers annually through five fully equipped service stations. The hours of operation will be Monday through Saturday, with 12-hour days, allowing for high customer turnover and maximizing operational efficiency. In addition, digital tools will be implemented for appointment management, customer history and general business administration, ensuring a continuous and orderly flow of daily operations. The GOSSIP project represents not only a profitable business opportunity, but also a proposal aligned with current trends in sustainability and social responsibility. Its integral focus on service quality, technological innovation, efficient resource management and environmental commitment position it as a model of success in the beauty and esthetics sector.
