Abstract

The present investigation will be deployed with the purpose of designing an improvement plan for organizational culture and human talent management in the La Savings and Credit Cooperative Charity of the canton El Carmen, focusing on strategic practices that optimize performance and guide effective decisions. In addition, it seeks to contribute in economic and social aspects, recognizing that business success depends on the commitment and performance of employees, driven by an appropriate organizational culture. The research was based on methods analytical and inductive, along with interviews and questionnaires, to collect reliable information which allowed us to design the improvement plan for the Cooperative.
