Abstract

This research project was proposed with the objective of designing a process guide for production, even though it serves to have a little more knowledge, even though it is a strategic tool for the company PROBALSA LTDA that in one way or another will serve as a solution to face and solve the countless problems that arise. present within the same company. During the development of this research project It was easy for us to know the inconsistencies that this presents, which is a lack of liquidity. The Methods used to develop this research were the deductive method, analytical, descriptive and inductive, in turn two same techniques were applied, which are interview and the internal control questionnaire with the objective of knowing the problems that faces this company as such. Finally, through the analysis of historical events of the company, the interpretation, diagnosis and justification, the design of a guide to production processes to improve liquidity in the company “PROBALSA LTDA”.
