Abstract

Currently, financial analysis has become an indispensable tool for companies to optimize their operations and ensure sustainable growth. The ability to effectively interpret and use financial data can make the difference between success and failure in a highly competitive market. This research focuses on analyzing the financial statements for decision-making at Distribuidora La Casa del Toldo S.C. The research employs both qualitative and quantitative approaches, using the induct ive method to analyze specific data obtained from interviews with the manager and accountant, the deductive method to apply general principles to the company's situation, and document review to evaluate information from books and articles on financial analysis. Additionally, document analysis and financial statement analysis techniques were used to assess the company's liquidity, solvency, profitability, and efficiency. The results show that, although the company has adequate financial management, there are significant opportunities to improve resource optimization and increase profitability. The limited use of detailed and systematic financial analysis restricts the company's ability to make inf ormed decisions. This highlights the need to adopt a deeper and more continuous financial analysis and implement a guide that helps improve the efficiency and effectiveness of decision-making.
