dc.description.abstractThe present research work entitled 'technology management in banking services and customer satisfaction, Manta 2024.' analyzes the management of technology through the banking services offered in the city of Manta, 2024, with the purpose of understanding the current technological management and how to prosper with the advances of this same. The main goal is to decide the influence of the management of the technology of banking services on customer satisfaction, Manta 2024. For the method, a quantitative approach with a correlational scope was implemented, it is transversal because the data was collected at a specific time and a brief period. The sample used was 385 people, who were surveyed using the Microsoft Forms tool. The main results show that technology management does influence customer satisfaction in banking services in the city of Manta, for which a relationship between both variables is decided. It was concluded that people accept and are reciprocal in the adoption of innovative technologies, since most respondents are between 18 and 25 years old. Despite this, security, reliability and online banking showed results with indecisions.es
