Resumen : | The business plan topic for the creation of a flower shop in the city of Manta allowed us to determine specific objectives; carry out a market study, carry out the technical adaptation study, carry out a correct design of the administrative structure on which the creation of a flower shop is based and establish the economic and financial study. Along the same lines, effective marketing strategies were applied, where content feedback was established for social networks; Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. The methodological design of the study is based on descriptive research with a mixed approach, which combines qualitative and quantitative methods. The survey was applied to a representative sample of 383 participants, selected randomly. In the same way, the survey was carried out through a Microsoft Forms program with a total of 9 objective questions, in addition, some surveys were used with physical clients in order to know their tastes and preferences, the results were tabulated by Through the SPSS version 25 statistical program, it was proven that this undertaking will seek to be in constant evolution and trends according to the specific needs of each client. Indeed, an initial investment of $30,215.00 USD was estimated, with a recovery period of just over a year. The financial analyzes indicated a net present value of $63,395.00 USD, with an internal rate of return of 84%, indicating that the project is financially feasible and has a high potential for profitability. |
