Abstract

The purpose of the following thesis project is to study incentives and their influence on the productivity of pharmacy employees of the company Cofarve S.A, Manta 2024, with the objective of designing and implementing a comprehensive incentive plan that strengthens motivation, improves perception of equity and increase the productivity of the organization's employees. Taking into account that incentives are an extra that is granted to workers in a way that improves the company's production, in turn generating benefits such as job satisfaction, reduced absenteeism, talent retention and extra income for the organization.
