Abstract

This research aims to develop a comprehensive guide for the selection, hiring, and training of staff at the Centro Renal Clinic in the El Carmen canton, for the 2023 term. A current problem has been identified, as the clinic lacks a structured process that clearly defines selection criteria, lacks an efficient training organization, and lacks consistent feedback in its human talent management. The research methods used, such as inductive, deductive, and descriptive methods, along with data collection techniques such as interviews and internal control questionnaires, allow us to identify areas for improvement in the management of the clinic's staff. The diagnosis reveals the urgent need to design a guide for the selection, hiring, and training of staff at the Clínica Renal Centro, in the El Carmen canton, during the 2023 period, in order to significantly improve the effectiveness of human talent management and support strategic decision-making in the area of ​​human resources.
