Auditoría informática a la infraestructura tecnológica del laboratorio de cómputo en la Unidad Educativa Simón Bolívar.

Abstract

This integrative project corresponds to a Computer Audit of the technological infrastructure of the computer lab at the Simón Bolívar Educational Unit. The objective was to evaluate the computer security presented by the School, determining the risks to which physical security is exposed, taking into consideration its rural area, located in San Luis de Cajones. To determine the veracity of the required information, research was carried out in different bibliographic sources. The evaluation was carried out globally to ensure a complete and precise understanding. This is how the survey was carried out on the teachers and the coordinator was interviewed, carrying out the real problem that the computer room presents, of not having a record of the entry to the computer lab. As a proposal, the audit was applied with the Magerit methodology, finding the risks of theft, fire, flooding, equipment damage and malware; Taking into account that the general security level of the Simon Bolivar school is 80%, which is a high level of security, the resources against internal and external threats, resulting in the school being prone to theft, due to having a greater exposure through the means of entry to individuals. Finally, a manual of good practices is suggested. This includes the five levels of risk to consider, appreciating the security measures that it has in situations that occur in the establishment, as the responsible part of the school, the teachers and students who make up the Simon Bolivar basic institution.
