Abstract

The research focuses on Human Talent planning and its impact on the internal growth of the company Medinatural Cía. Ltda. in the city of Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas. The research conducted is descriptive and the approach to be used is mixed, i.e., both qualitative and quantitative to obtain better results. The planning of human talent and its impact on the internal growth of the company Medinatural Cía. Ltda. will allow it to have a consolidated structure based on regulations and procedures to be followed by the collaborators, in order to achieve an optimal internal growth that allows making the best decisions at the managerial level, which will guarantee the fulfillment of its goals. Through the analysis of the results, it is inferred that the establishment of an optimal Human Talent Planning allows the measurement, control and strategic evaluation of the company Medinatural Cía. Ltda., since the lack of planning and administrative management does not allow the efficient and effective fulfillment of the goals and projects conceived by the organization. For the research carried out, we had the collaboration of the officers responsible for the Human Talent area and other collaborators in general of the company through a survey that will allow us to detect the shortcomings, with the purpose of improving and increasing the development of the human talent of the company.
