Abstract

This project focuses on identifying specific shop-floor requirements, developing technical designs using CAD software, and producing physical prototypes using additive manufacturing technologies. The methodology includes needs analysis, three-dimensional modeling and experimental tests to validate the functionality and strength of the manufactured accessories. The results highlight the feasibility of this technology, evidencing benefits such as cost reduction, design accuracy and manufacturing flexibility. In addition, its application in an educational environment encourages hands-on learning and promotes the use of emerging technologies. This approach integrates innovation, education and technical development for the benefit of students and the machine shop.
